How does it work with the bank transfer / prepayment?

If you decide to pay in advance, please transfer the order amount to our bank account. As soon as we have received the amount, we will ship your order immediately.

Payment procedure
During the order process, select "Prepayment/Bank transfer" as the payment method. After you have confirmed your order, you will receive further information on payment by e-mail.
Then simply transfer the desired amount of your order to our bank account.

Please make a note of this on the transfer form!

Order number
Name under which the order was placed

This is important for quick processing (e.g. Max Mustermann 1234567890). Please also state this for e-banking orders.

As soon as the amount has been credited to our account, we will process your order.

Due to the transfer channels between banks, it may take 4-5 working days until we receive the payment.
